Satvinder is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in Matrimonial and Family law. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2002, she has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Law which includes:

· Divorce and separation matters (whether married or cohabiting)

· Financial disputes

· Pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements; and

· Private law children

Satvinder is well versed in handling complex and high net worth cases often with an international element and many involving all sorts of business structures. She has an excellent ability to understand the needs of her client and over the years she has acted for a wide range of clients.

Satvinder is a member of Resolution, an association of family law professionals who seek to reform family law and promote a constructive and amicable approach to dispute resolution. Satvinder aims to provide clear, practical and robust advice in a sensible and compassionate manner, during what is often an extremely stressful and emotional time for our clients.
