Nessa is a solicitor and Associate Partner within the firm’s Real Estate – Residential Conveyancing Team.

Nessa has over 15 years’ experience in complex and high value residential property transactions in and around Central London and surrounding areas. Her experience means that she predominantly acts for private clients, both UK and international, developers, private lenders and overseas banking institutions.

Nessa deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing. She handles both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other general work including declarations of trust, voluntary lease extensions and deeds of variations.

She provides her clients with clear, calm and straightforward advice, whether it is in relation to a particular conveyancing issue or regarding the sale/purchase process in general. Many clients have applauded her ability to explain complex legal issues in straight forward language they can easily understand.

Nessa thrives on “team” and her approachable manner has won her great popularity with clients, agents and colleagues alike.
