Ian Sinclair

Partner

Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1981. He trained at a small firm in central London where he gained experience in residential conveyancing, commercial property, personal injury, employment and matrimonial law including advocacy in both the county and magistrates courts. Thereafter he became a partner in Rochman Landau solicitors and subsequently Peltz Associates where he specialised in residential and commercial property work.

Ian joined the South Kensington practice of Terence St J Millett in 1994 and was a partner until its acquisition by JPC in 2018.

During his time as a solicitor Ian has acted for a wide and interesting portfolio of residential and commercial clients including high-profile individuals and corporations from all over the world. He is pleased to have represented many of his clients and their families over a number of years.

Ian enjoys engaging with his clients ensuring they are kept fully informed at all stages of the process providing a personal service. He is adept at negotiating satisfactory resolutions to any problems which may arise.
