JPC supercharges its Dispute Resolution offering

JPC is thrilled and proud to announce its brand new, supercharged Dispute Resolution Team.

Each lawyer joining the team brings with them a wealth of experience, and a broad and impressive client base which will allow JPC to enhance our service delivery objectives.

This new team’s calibre, tactical knowhow and strategically minded approach significantly bolsters and strengthens JPC’s expertise in both property litigation and corporate and commercial litigation also.

The lawyers in JPC’s new Dispute Resolution team include:

MARCELLA COX, Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution

Marcella is a highly respected and experienced solicitor. Her expertise covers a wide spectrum of property litigation and commercial and civil disputes. Marcella is known and respected for representing clients not only in County Court Litigation but also in the Chancery Division of the High Court and specifically the Insolvency and Companies Court.

GURPAL SINGH: Property Dispute Resolution

Gurpal’s practice covers a wide spectrum of property related disputes including landlord and tenant (commercial and residential), forfeiture and possession claims, rent and service charge recovery, infringement of proprietary rights, title disputes, beneficial interests/cohabitee disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, lease renewals (opposed and unopposed) as well as real property disputes such as boundary disputes and right of light claims.

Gurpal is an experienced litigator who has been recognised in the Legal 500 in previous years. He also has experience of broader litigation matters and advises entrepreneurs as well as SMEs across a wide range of commercial dispute work areas including breach of contract, professional liability, partnership disputes, unjust enrichment claims and claims for misrepresentation.

NICK MCEWEN: Corporate Dispute Resolution

Nick’s practice expertise concerns itself with all aspects of corporate and commercial dispute matters.

Known for his dispute resolution experience, Nick has a particular expertise in disputes that involve an international dimension. In additional to contentious matters, Nick also advises on non-contentious corporate law matters. Nick advises on commercial contracts,corporate governance documentation, advising on and dealing with the acquisition and disposal of shares, advising on joint ventures agreement as well as assisting clients with their corporate restructuring arrangements.
