JPC continues to grow from strength to strength with the appointment of its first Head of Operations

Joanne Tupper has joined JPC as Head of Operations, the first incumbent of this newly created role.

Joanne’s remit is to support and help drive business growth, innovation and operational excellence across the firm. As a member of JPC’s management team, Joanne will lead the Operations Team with a portfolio comprising strategic change management, quality and risk management, information services, HR, estates management and business development.

Joanne is a qualified management accountant and after graduating with a BA Honours in Business & Finance, she started her career as a Legal Accounts Technician. In the following 19 years, she has gained considerable experience and knowledge in all aspects of legal accounts, financial & performance reporting, compliance and the SRA accounting rules.

Joanne is highly respected for her diverse skill set and supportive approach to all in the team. Her extensive knowledge in legal accounts enables her to develop workable solutions to arising issues and to seek improvements to existing operational processes. Joanne embraces modern technology and innovative change management and has experience of implementing new IT systems and processes. Joanne has successfully project managed mergers and will be involved in all aspect JPC infrastructure and management.
