JPC continues growth with appointment of corporate and commercial litigator

Nick McEwen, Dispute Resolution & Corporate Team

Nick joins JPC’s Corporate and Dispute Resolution Team and has experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate and commercial dispute matters.

Known for his dispute resolution experience, Nick has a particular expertise in disputes that involve an international dimension. In additional to contentious matters, Nick also advises on non-contentious corporate law matters. His experience includes advising and drafting commercial contracts and corporate governance documentation, advising on and dealing with the acquisition and disposal of shares, advising on joint ventures agreement as well as assisting clients with their corporate restructuring arrangements.

Nick’s ability to seamless attend to both contentious and non-contentious matters for clients gives him the ability to understand what elements of a contract can make or break a legal dispute. He understands the importance of resolving clients’ disputes in the most cost-effective way and strives to understand their objectives at an early stage.

Nick is committed to providing high quality legal advice in a way that is easily understood. His approach is strategic and pragmatic whilst being diplomatic and conciliatory.
