Julie Edmonds

Julie heads up the Employment Team at JPC and brings more than 15 years’ experience in advising both businesses and individuals in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Julie’s experience includes advising businesses of all sizes and stages - from start-ups to more established companies and firms across numerous industries. She is highly skilled at advising individuals at all stages of their career, often in challenging employment situations.

Whoever she is advising and acting for, Julie always ensures she builds a strong relationship with all her clients, establishing from the outset what they are trying to achieve and then working collaboratively to achieve their desired outcomes.

Julie works closely with the Corporate Team at JPC, providing holistic solutions for her clients on the employment related aspects of corporate transactional matters.

Julie regularly contributes articles for the JPC website and speaks at seminars and events on developments in Employment law.

Patrycja Maksymowicz

Patrycja is an award-winning serial entrepreneur who set up her first business at the age of 17. Since then she has gained considerable leadership and management experience, supporting the growth of organisations via the development of communication strategies, reviewing and implementing processes to enhance their efficiency and accuracy of the management processes, improve customer satisfaction, maximise staff retention, and secure contracts with market-leading organisations. Her sweet spot is capitalising on technology to facilitate growth. Major projects involve work for blue-chip clients such as Lego, BMW, Scania, Pirelli, Carlsberg, and the public sector.

Patrycja combines youthful energy and vigour with decades of experience that partners and clients alike testify results in effective communication and successful partnerships built around compassionate, empathy-driven business relationships.

She founded Open Solutions Global, a London-based boutique consulting and business development firm, to support the development of growth-oriented companies, innovative start-ups as well as overseas companies aiming at the UK market. Her London Business Academy serves as a platform to support CxOs and Boards.
