Hema has over 13 years of experience as a commercial property lawyer where she advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, development schemes, auctions, portfolio work, HMOs and with general commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Hema brings a wealth of expertise in all aspects of commercial property as well as secured lending and bridging finance transactions which will enhance the team’s recognised profile within the sector.
