Claire Prince

Career

Claire graduated from Reading University in English Literature and after studying the CPE and LPC was admitted as a solicitor in 2002. Upon qualifying she joined Porter Crossick and is one of the senior members of the Residential Property team of Jaffe Porter Crossick LLP.   Claire is a partner in our Residential Property department.

Summary of Work

Claire has over 15 years experience of dealing with property transactions and has dealt with a variety of matters.  Claire specialises in residential property - both leaseholds and freeholds and in addition deals with commercial property.  Claire has also considerable knowledge of shared ownership/staircasing leases and lease extension work.  Her significant track record shows she has successfully managed purchases and re-sales of development sites representing developer clients and those with portfolios.

Claire has also dealt with property transactions both locally and nationally. 

Skills and Approach

Claire is conscious that buying or selling property can be stressful for clients and uses her best endeavours to minimise anxiety.  Her philosophy is that her role includes reducing the strain of property transactions with a calm, professional and empathetic approach. Her style is approachable and she is skilful in diffusing difficult situations that may arise in the course of a property purchase or sale. Each valued client can be assured that Claire will personally aim to meet their particular conveyancing requirements.
