BREAKING NEWS: The judgment in one of the most significant property fraud cases Dreamvar v Mishcon de Reya and P & P Property v Owen White and Catlin, has been handed down by the Court of Appeal.


The outcome will have significant implications for professionals in the insurance industry and the legal profession but most importantly for everyday people who purchase and sell properties given the increasing risk of fraudulent transactions.
